The AGC construction contract documents have been rolled into a new series of documents that have been several years in the making. This series of contracts, “ConsensusDocs,” is the result of a diligent collaborative effort among several associations separately representing General Contractors, Subcontractors, Owners (Construction users), Surety Companies and Engineers. Alabama AGC, along with AGC of America supports the use of these documents. We consider them fair to all parties in a construction contract.
