MEMBERSHIP DUES

 

PROVISIONAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Are general contractors with less than two year’s experience in the industry. Firms get a price break and may use the provisional designation for one year. Provisional membership lasts three years and includes a graduated lump sum annual dues structure: 1st Year: $727; 2nd Year: $828; 3rd Year: $929

VISITING GENERAL CONTRACTOR
A national dues paying AGC member under the same name in another state. Dues are $252.50 national dues plus state dues.

FULL MEMBER GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Are licensed general contractors who submit bids directly to owners. Use previous year’s sales numbers to determine dues owed. Total dues is sum of National and State.

Dues are billed in equal quarterly installments based on the previous year’s volume.

SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR
Provides on-site labor to a construction project (subcontractors holding a general contractors license who submit bids directly to owners may be required to join as a regular General Contractor member). Open to firms that perform work in specialty trades.
Annual dues based on calendar year: $625 (January through June)
                                                            $362.50 (Prorated July to December) .

SERVICE/SUPPLIER
Provides material or support to a jobsite or a contractor but no on-site labor. Open to firms that provide materials and services to the construction industry.
